You have 90 days to return your order to us. The return period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.

Return Requirements

To ensure we can process your return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The original packaging must be included and undamaged.
  • All labels and seals must still be attached.

How to Make a Return

  2. We will send you a return confirmation along with a return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely and, if possible, include your packing slip.
  4. Send the package back using the return label provided.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns are free of charge. We cover the return shipping costs for customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • The full purchase price, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include photos of the issue whenever possible so we can assist you as quickly as possible. In these cases, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the product you would like. This is the fastest way to receive your preferred item.
